Highly Motivated – Summer Front Filly

Hip 379 | Bay Filly | Foaled April 28, 2025

This bay filly combines the speed and precocity of Highly Motivated, a graded stakes-winning son of Into Mischief, with the proven versatility of Summer Front and an exceptional female family featuring multiple Grade 1 winners and international racing success.

Her sire, Highly Motivated, earned more than $667,000 while capturing the Monmouth Cup Stakes (G3) and Nyquist Stakes, setting track records in both races. He also finished second in the Blue Grass Stakes (G2) and placed in the Gotham Stakes (G3). A son of leading sire Into Mischief and a half-brother to Grade 1 winner Ways and Means, Highly Motivated brings together elite speed, class, and a distinguished pedigree. His first foals reached racing age in 2026.

Her dam, Treat, is a daughter of Summer Front, a multiple graded stakes-winning son of War Front. Although unraced successfully herself, Treat has established a promising record as a broodmare, with all three of her foals to race becoming winners. Among them is Vissino, a promising two-year-old who finished second in the Sanford Stakes (G3) at Saratoga in 2026.

Her second dam, Executricker, is a winning daughter of El Prado and the dam of Hilda's Passion, a multiple graded stakes winner who captured the Ballerina Stakes (G1), Raven Run Stakes (G2), Inside Information Stakes (G2), and Vagrancy Handicap (G2), earning more than $739,000. Hilda's Passion subsequently became an exceptional broodmare, producing Yoshida, a two-time Grade 1 winner of the Woodward Stakes and Turf Classic Stakes with career earnings exceeding $2.5 million. She also produced Sanctuaire, a graded stakes winner in Japan with earnings approaching $650,000.

The female family's depth extends through her fourth dam, Full Virtue, a stakes winner whose close relatives include All At Sea, a Grade 1 winner with earnings exceeding $555,000, and Over the Ocean, a Grade 3 winner. This accomplished family has consistently produced stakes performers across multiple generations and racing jurisdictions.

With Highly Motivated's Into Mischief bloodlines, Summer Front's proven influence, and a deep female family featuring Grade 1 winners Hilda's Passion and Yoshida, this filly represents an exciting combination of speed, precocity, versatility, and exceptional pedigree depth.
